Partnerships & Marketing Manager: £28,000 – £31,000, full time: Well Grounded is looking for a commercially minded individual who can expand our employer network and support our learners into work. As our Partnerships & Marketing Manager, you will support our employment partners during work placements, drive the growth of our employer networks, ensure health & safety checks are completed and our baristas thrive in employment. You will also be instrumental in driving our brand forward through managing our social media and supporting content development. Progressions Administrator: £20,000 – £22,500, full time: Well Grounded is looking for a Progressions Administrator to work with the Progressions team coordinating our programmes with a focus on the recruitment of learners onto our training programmes. In addition, you will deliver CV writing, one to one mentorship and soft skills sessions ensuring learners are supported and nurtured through training and then progressed into appropriate work and training outcomes. You will support with administrative tasks whilst collating all monitoring and evaluation data and holding referral partner relationships. Job Spec can be found here: Progressions Administrator
